Marvellous and fantastic location as its and near to local attractions/eateries, great bars and restaurants within walking distance, and local shops, restaurants and cafes.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The place was nicely decorated and quirky, with its pretty friendly staff for in customer service. This hotel was located in a central area really close to open top buses and surrounding districts.

Cozy retreat with a warm vibe

The place was super clean and comfy, and we loved the little treats like jelly beans in the room. Trace and Tracey were super helpful with tips for eating out and local walks. Breakfast looked yummy, but we skipped it this time. Only thing was the heater was a bit tricky to figure out at first.

The homemade cakes in the afternoon were a good surprise!

We spent 2 nights in a cozy king suite. The bed was super comfy and the room was super clean. The breakfast was a highlight, especially that amazing bacon! Only hiccup was the parking. You gotta be lucky to snag a spot on the street, but there's a public car park nearby for cheap rates. Really enjoyed our stay!

The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to local restaurants and a nearby golf course. The only downside was the tight bathroom space. The owners are cute, and the breakfast options are plentiful. Don't miss the homemade cakes they leave out in the afternoons.

We went kayaking on the lake and tackled some amazing hikes nearby. The breakfast was spot on, and the hosts left us yummy cakes every afternoon. The location is perfect for exploring, and they even offer a tour desk to help plan outings. Definitely would come back again!

Only downside was that our room had a bit of a sloped roof, easy to bump our heads a few times. Just be cautious if you're tall!

Staying at Broadlands was a real treat. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the center of Windermere. My room had a cozy feel, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the small touches, like the homemade cakes left in the common areas-it. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh, local ingredients. The two Tracey's, who run the place, were friendly and engaging, providing great local tips. The bathroom felt a bit snug for my liking, and there were moments when the hot water wasn't consistent during showers. Despite this, the overall hospitality really made up for it. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a charming stay.

The two ladies running this guest house, offering fresh muffins daily and personalized tips for local hikes. Every morning, savoring the eggs during breakfast was a good treat. Don't miss the spa passes available through direct bookings!

The culinary gems around here are wild! Hit up Francine's for stellar breakfast or tap into the brews at Brew Room. Our King Suite had a heated blanket that wrapped us in coziness after long hikes.

We had a bit of a hiccup with the hot water and the bathroom felt on the snug side. The stairs were a bit of a workout with our bags, but the charm of Windermere made it all worth it!

My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a beautiful view. The hosts provided excellent service, ensuring I had everything needed for my work. Breakfast was amazing, with a delicious variety of options, including freshly baked goods. The location was ideal, situated just a short walk from the center of Windermere.
